ProKits PE foam meets Federal Spec A-A-50135/59136 (PPP-C-1752D. The foam resists chemicals and caustic jet fuels and is smooth with a surface that is easy to clean. Our foam is a laminated closed-cell foam that creates a strong thermal bond. During the cutting process, our Co2 laser seals the edges of each silhouette preventing chemicals or liquids from penetrating.

Warranty and Proper Care

Unlike all other kitting companies Prokits Sourcing Inc. offers an unconditional lifetime warranty. We will replace any foam which delaminates or does not resist harsh chemicals or caustic jet fuels. We do not warranty any foam that has been modified by the customer. In case of a liquid, spill washes the foam with soap and water to remove any unwanted liquid. The foam should be cleaned periodically with any multi-purpose spray cleaner and wiped clean with a soft cloth.

Using our onsite service for tool control

Prokits can create fod prevention kits on-site using your existing cabinets and tools. This onsite service features our patented Line Image System (LIS) which creates images, then converts them to outlines and cad files for the cutting process. Design can be completed onsite, then approved to speed up the production process. All cad files can be transmitted via the internet for the foam cutting process. Onsite service will save a company’s investment in tools and storage units.
