American Airlines 737 Seat Repair kit
Prior to the kit development flight attendant reports seat damage prior to landing. Maintenance personal board the aircraft, inspect the damaged, identity’s the parts needed for the repair. Technician returns to the parts store, obtain the parts if in stock, and returns to the aircraft for the repair. This method caused delays in the scheduled turnaround time and often cause late take-offs. This kit was developed for a quick fix during an aircraft turnaround. The kit contains parts for any repair of seats. The technician simply carries the repair kit on board, fixes the seat, and returns the kit to the maintenance shop to report items used to repair the seat for a restock.

The technician simply carries the repair kit on board, fixes the interior, and returns the kit to the maintenance shop reports items used to repair the Cabin interior for a restock.
FA18 Maintenance Kits
Naval Maintenance kits included, General Maintenance Kit, Fuel Kit, Electrical Kit, Sheet Metal Kit, Avionics Kit and more. Each kit must be assembled in accordance with NAVAIR tool list and container layouts. Clips or foam inserts securely hold side mounted tools. Kits have top mount area and two side step mount areas. Mount areas are covered with hard plastic. The hard plastic is laser cut with circles or rectangles to allow the tools and item to fit down inside the top and sidestep mount area. Prokits custom fits all Naval Maintenance kits and ensures that the assembly is in accordance with the NAVAIR regulations.
